Consulting & Policy Services

Evergreen Caregiver Support provides trauma-informed consulting and policy services to support schools, county agencies, and community-based organizations in strengthening systems of care for youth, caregivers, and families. Our work is grounded in education, empowerment, and harm reduction, and is designed to support the development of safe, responsive, and equitable organizational practices.

Our consulting services include the following areas of support. Organizational Consulting assists agencies and educational institutions in strengthening trauma-informed practice, improving service delivery systems, and enhancing supports for youth and families. Policy Review & Development provides structured guidance in the development, refinement, and implementation of organizational policies that are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and aligned with best practices in youth and family services. Program Development Support offers consultation in the design, evaluation, and enhancement of programs serving caregivers, youth, and communities, with emphasis on prevention, engagement, and measurable impact.

Training & Staff Development Guidance supports organizations in aligning staff training frameworks with trauma-informed care principles, harm reduction approaches, internet safety, Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) prevention, and LGBTQIA+ affirming practices. Systems & Practice Consultation provides collaborative, systems-level support to assess organizational structures, identify service gaps, and strengthen coordinated, evidence-informed approaches to care.

Through these services, Evergreen Caregiver Support partners with institutions to translate trauma-informed and equity-centered principles into practical, sustainable organizational change.

Organizations interested in consulting or policy support are invited to complete our Workshops & Presentations Request Form. A member of our team will follow up to discuss scope, goals, and partnership needs.
